18.02.2020: Reports about Antarctica temperatures breaking a new record, as warm as 20C degrees. Last weekend in Munich was also ~20C !
19.02.2020: Brain surgery by a British doctor for removing a tumour from a patient's brain, who is an orchestra violinist, went to another level today! The patient was woken up from anastesia in the middle of the surgery to play the violin, making sure the parts being removed from the tumour are not affecting her brain abilities. She was asked to continue playing while the doctors were removing the last parts.
20.02.2020: a 43 year old german man with a "deeply racist mentality" is responsible for shootings at two hookah bars overnight in the town of Hanau near Frankfurt - Germany. Killing at least 8 foreigners of Turkish, Kurdish, Bulgarian, Bosnian & North African backgrounds. The man was later found dead in his house with his mother.
21.02.2020: South Korea declares 'emergency' measures as infections of Coronavirus increase in the country to over 800 cases.
22.02.2020: lock downs in Italian towns as the Corona virus is spreading in the country with a death toll of 2 & over 150 people infected. Venice has called off its Carnival celebrations due to the outbreak.
23.02.2020: Austrian train company (ÖBB) stops all trains from/to Italy as the spread of the Corona virus continues, and as 2 German passengers were found in the train from Venice to Munich with the virus symptoms this evening. It was confirmed later they were not infected.
